A beautifully appointed house overlooking the water

The accommodation comprises 4 large bedrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The fourth bedroom, The Garden Room, is a newly extended family room with direct access to the garden through double doors and floor area for play, perfect for kids.

The house boasts a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a dining area which seats 10 and a very spacious lounge with wonderful indoor-outdoor flow onto the large, scenic entertaining deck. The deck also runs along the front of the lagoon facing bedrooms and a 2nd sun deck is perched over the water below.

The house is tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches here and there – warm blankets for the patio if it’s chilly, fresh flowers and fruit to welcome you, complimentary refreshments, house-slippers and toiletries. All bedrooms are supplied with fine cotton linen and bath towels.

The sun deck boasts two sun loungers and large umbrella as well as a gas braai (BBQ grill) and a Weber. A semi private beach and the water below, with the complimentary use of canoes, is accessed directly from the property. Free onsite secure parking is available for one car and space is provided in the driveway for further vehicles. The house is serviced twice a week, and supplementary cleaning services and laundry facilities are available by arrangement.

Wireless internet is available throughout the accommodation.

There is covered parking for one car and extra parking space available.

Breakfast is available on request, quoted according to your choice.
